"Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. The only real issue is that the property is not very accessible: the closest bust stop is about 15 min away and...

"This place was way better than I was expecting. It is large and clean and very traditional and has great amenities like a washer dryer, a great bathroom and a nice upstairs. Just my wife and rented it but it could easily comfortably hold a family of 6. The people running it ere super nice and very responsive and helpful. I plan to stay there again!"
