ANDAZ OTTAWA BYWARD MARKET, BY HYATT
"The room was clean ! The beds were uncomfortable specially the pillows ! The worst part was the noise! I personally only slept 2 hours even with the ear plugs !! Very long wait to check in because the room was not ready on time ( we waited 40 min ) . Over all I won’t ba back . Not worth the 4 stars ..."
