9/10 Wonderful! (31 reviews)
it seemed okay at first check in, but soon noticed internet only worked occasionally, but mostly not at all. Then, the next morning we had breakfast which was alright, but then the desk lady said i never paid, and it must be paid by me. I couldn't check my records, because the internet didnt work. So i went ahead and paid by credit card. Then i soon noticed i did INDEED pay it thru expedia. I called the Gasthaus several times, never could get thru. I called expedia 5 times, and they said they had trouble reaching the management too. Finally after almost 3 months, i got my refund of my payment. Honestly, what kind of business can't even keep track of their own payment history????

What should I know before booking an Ottenheim travel package?
A travel package can be easier on the wallet than individually booking everything you need for your escape. For example, combine your flights, hotels and rental cars and save a packet. Whatever your holiday plans, you'll find a package within your budget.
Can I choose my airline with an Ottenheim Expedia holiday package?
Expedia has access to more than 550 airline partners worldwide, so you certainly can. Simply select your favourite carrier and create your ideal Ottenheim getaway.
If I'm not able to travel, can I cancel my Ottenheim holiday package?
Plans can change unexpectedly, so yes. You may be able to cancel or amend your Ottenheim holiday package at no cost if you've booked in the last 24 hours. For bookings older than that, you can still make changes, but your airline, hotel or car rental company may impose a fee. Looking for more information? Look up our Customer Service Portal.
