The doorman/valet was the nicest man and made sure I had a spot to plug in my EV during my stay. I think his name was Herb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victoria that is central and close to all the main sites. I will stay here in the future for sure. "

From the start, the staff were incredible—they not only remembered our anniversary but also surprised us with a quiet, spacious room that was perfect for the occasion. The personalized congratulatory message and the warm greetings whenever we passed by made us feel so welcomed. They even provided a bottle of wine, which allowed us to have a beautiful, romantic evening. This level of hospitality is something we haven’t experienced at any other hotel before.
