10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay! It’s in the prime location next to the Aquarium, Newport Discovery zoo, Marine science center, and a yummy restaurant, coffee shop, and candy store across the street. While you don’t get an ocean view, you’re next to everything Newport has to offer! The staff was amazing, and even offered a sweet treat and beverage for my daughter’s birthday on their dime. The place was clean, long pool hours, good breakfast. They also make yummy cookies for the guests at certain times, and put them in the lobby. We loved it so much we plan on coming back soon."

"Though, our trip was short, I was some what disappointed. Our room's electricity situation was awful. Only half the room worked. And it was too late in the evening to call the front desk. The iron didnt work properly. My hubby noticed the cord was split and just taped with electrical tape. So the connection didnt hold. I used the working side of the room to curl my hair and the plu keptI hope they really look into repairing what I mentioned. Who knows how many other rooms have issues like this."

"I stayed here for three nights for a birthday weekend. The room was really clean and the staff were very friendly. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but it seemed really popular because there was a lot of people that were using it. They only had basic breakfast which was not really that good. I felt that it was lacking and that it could have been better. Another thing was that the beds were not that comfortable. But overall it was a good stay."
