Wasn’t fond of the breakfast selection. They had taco meat and tortillas and potatoes….looked like there might have been eggs but pan was gone. Figured they were gonna refill but never did. Had some cereal but both bins had a sugary brand. The breakfast layout didn’t flow very well…had to search for different items.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our breakfast selection. We appreciate your feedback regarding the taco meat, tortillas, and potatoes. I’m sorry that the eggs were not available when you visited, and I understand how frustrating it can be when items are not refilled promptly. We chose to offer breakfast tacos for our guests on Cinco de Mayo. And the breakfast attendant was refilling the items as fast as she was able to. I will make sure to address this issue with our staff to ensure better service in the future. Additionally, I apologize for the limited cereal options as it was a busy weekend and the unsweet cereal ran out in the middle of breakfast service. As for the layout, we do try to spread the breakfast offerings out on our busier mornings as this eliminates congestion at the one breakfast bar area. We will take your comments into consideration to improve the flow and variety of our breakfast offerings. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Attended a concert at the Bridgeview Center and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again if ever in the area for events.

We were there for a concert at the Bridgeview Center which was just a short walk across the parking lot. Fortunately we hadn't planned to swim in the pool because it was closed due to construction issues.

We stayed here as we traveled from MN to FL. Appreciated the ease in checking in, especially since we had dogs. It was nice having an onsite restaurant and thought the manager was very genuine as she inquired on our dining experience.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the overpriced and unsatisfactory food, as well as the lack of menu options. Furthermore, the presence of hair in the bathroom and shower, along with the broken phone and air conditioning unit, is completely unacceptable. I've stayed at this property twice now, and will never do so again. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's a new hotel, so on both occasions a few expected "bugs" came up that were due to builder/contractor issues, not the hotel/staff, and both times they handled the situation perfectly for me. The fatal flaw in this hotel design that will prevent me from ever staying there again: parking. They share a parking lot with the Bridge View Center. When anything at all is going on there, you will not be able to park anything close to walking distance to the hotel with your family/luggage. They accommodated me by allowing me to just leave my car sitting in the middle of their front door until the event ended at about 10:30PM. Not ideal if you have kids with you and you need to make a trip outside to move your car so late. They claim it will be better when a new lot is completed, but that new lot is so small it really will make no difference given how many other lots nearby were totally full. How the city of Ottumwa approved the construction of this hotel with zero dedicated parking is beyond belief. If you don't mind walking several blocks, by all means stay here - it's a pretty decent hotel. But if you actually want to park in a lot near the hotel, stay elsewhere!

I checked out not long after getting there . I feel I was miss led by the services provided. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. I felt I was mislead by the tv service no local channels and major channels.

When we check we need to all around due to road renovations, we figure out that if you don’t request to to clean the room they don’t suppose to be automatically everyday they clean.

I rented a king suite room with king bed and sofa. When I got to my room it was two queen beds. Contacted the front desk and they advise that they had some heating issues in some of the king rooms. They were unable to refund me the difference of the cost of rooms due to reserving on Expedia.

The hotel was wonderful; clean, comfortable, veryy nice. Parking was horrible because of the shows at Bridge view. I feel the hotel should have reserved parking for it's guests. Me and my friend had to park a couple blocks away Friday night just to get back to the hotel because the parking lot was full.
