"This was our second CitizenM experience. It was nearly identical to our first stay in Boston. The customer service was excellent. The location is perfect. Facilities were good. We’d stay again. You have to not mind that the bathroom sink, toilet and shower is in the room and two people will be jumping over another to get out of bed. "

Although we didn’t venture outside the hotel, it appeared to be a bustling dining and entertainment area. The rooms were immaculate, and the hotel had a really modern quirky feel.
