The entire facility is top notch. Wonderful decor with everything being well maintained. The restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Lovely hotel with superb quiet room. Very comfortable bed & spacious bathroom. Pool was great but unfortunately sauna not at all hot while we were up there. Great food in the restaurant at dinner.

This hotel is one I came back to. It's nice, food is good, and it's convenient. However, this time around the room wasn't cleaned well and it was clear that when housekeeping did come, they did bear minimum. Guess truly cleaning doesn't exist most places anymore. Lampshade had spiderwebs and my bed wasn't even made properly (it was almost like they just threw the cover over the pillow - didn't even bother with the decorative pillows either). The room cleaning experience was definitely a downer, but everything else was good.

All staff members were very helpful and friendly! Food and dining offerings were delicious; great Buffet Breakfast served each day!! The sauna and indoor pool was enjoyable! It was convenient to get into Dordrecht town for shopping via use of the Bus system and the staff was very helpful to assist in ordering a cab when needed!!

There was a lot of confusion at the front desk regarding our reservations, what was included or not in terms of breakfast, authorizing my credit card for charges already paid to Expedia. Easy to access. Large comfortable room. Excellent and varied breakfast buffet. Dinner in the restaurant was hit and miss, with forgetful service and no response from anyone to the one of three dishes that was a big disappointment (grilled chicken in the Caesar salad was a few strips of dry, cold and obviously previously grilled).

Great little all-rounder

1st time here definitely not the last. Received a new room in the new part, which was enormous. Could have had a party in the bathroom alone. Internet was a bit patchy but food, location, fittings and fixtures were all 1st rate.
