Great location! Walkable to everything and tram pickup right outside almost. Very clean. Great little bar, we went every night. Staff was amazing! Will 100% stay there again.

No lift, but the amazing concierge carried my bag up to the 4th floor! Easy location for moving around town, close to a tram stop but super easy to walk as well. Lights would turn on randomly at night but otherwise had a great stay. Nice to have a bar fridge and free drinks to start your trip off. Great view of the canal from the window.

Room was clean and overall pleasant. I don’t know why the complimentary water and teabags for example do not get replaced. We stayed for 4 days and that means we have one teabag each for our entire stay… It was my husbands 30th and we were told they would give a small gesture such as macaroons to mark this occasion. They confirmed three times that this would be possible, but on the day - nothing. I contacted the front desk twice and they kept deliberately ignoring me. This was unnecessarily unkind and rude, especially considering the rooms are expensive, there was no need to ignore us with such a small request. The body lotion in the bathroom smelled like sewage. The mini fridge is barely cold. Basic stay overall, the hotel try to act upper class hiding behind the ‘Elle’ name.
