The restaurant and breakfast room are located in this ‘castle.’ The rooms are located across the street in a new-fangled room complex. The rooms are modern and functionally furnished. Unfortunately, there was a lack of maintenance of the rooms; the shower floor and chairs are damaged. All this should not spoil the fun, but that is not what you expect from a (Fletcher) hotel. "Peaceful Family Stay in Nature
We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life. Our accommodation was modern and comfortable, with very good internet, which was a nice surprise in such a natural setting.
The staff was friendly, and everything was easy to navigate. One thing that was a bit unusual (but good to know in advance) — towels and toiletries aren’t provided, so be sure to bring your own. That said, once we were settled in, everything felt cozy and relaxed.
A great place to unwind, explore the outdoors, and enjoy quality family time. We would happily return!

"This is a very upmarket hotel set in beautiful grounds and the whole establishment has been given much attention to detail. The result is the perfect venue for a holiday or a business meeting. However, there were a couple of issues on the last day of the three that had been booked. On our return from a day out we found our room key was disabled and the room itself incompletely serviced. This was quickly resolved but took the shine off an otherwise perfect experience. Also the 'day' menu in the restaurant never varied throughout the week which limited choices."
