Great location and easy to find, very clean and modern, friendly staff who were incredibly helpful. Good parking and locking the car park at midnight made it feel safe.

Good but could do better.
Very good welcome. Good parking and easy access to rooms. Comfortable mattress BUT duvet much too heavy and pillows uncomfortable. Wi-fi good BUT lost it for 15 minutes just after signing in. Electric sockets difficult to access.

A lovely, comfortable hotel. Staff so helpful and friendly. Excellent location - close to the ferry port and so many lovely French towns and villages close by. Close to shops and restaurants. Pool small but very nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay!

Adequate for being very close the ferry
Decided to book this as it was so close to the ferry which was leaving early next morning. The best that can be said (for me) is that it was adequate for that purpose. Bedrooms and bathrooms were formulaic and charmless. On balance, next time I’ll stay a little further away and end my holiday with nicer accommodation.

The hotel is new and clean and well maintained , but if you need to eat I’d avoid this hotel . We are family of four with two small children , having driven from south of France all day we were using this hotel to catch the ferry early in morning . Arrived at 8 , and went to restaurant for something to eat having been left at the desk for 5 minutes at 8.27 and lady approached with menus when we requested a table said no service available and when questioned “ sorry you have no table in a restaurant occupied by 3 couples only “ yes we are closing and unbelievably turned her back and stood facing the other way in an arrogant and rude stance whilst we left dumbfounded . Minutes a later a local gent arrived and was seated immediately . The helpful lady at reception advised a restaurant to eat which meant getting our campervan out of the nightmare car park , and travelling for couple of kilometres. When we arrived back at 10.30 there were still people eating in the hotel restaurant, so the only conclusion is it was us being British or having small children meant we were unable to eat there .. shocking any UK travellers I’d avoid this hotel if possible

Dear sir, Thank you for this comment but we would like to remind our guests that the restaurant is not owned by the hotel (it's a diffeWe would be happy to read your comment concerning our establishement and our staff rather than a comment about our neighbour... In the pre-stay email, we strongly advice our guest to book their table in advance, especially in the high season. This is even more important when you travel with children and arrive after 19h00. Great break for brittany crossing to caen
The evening reception was especially welcoming after a long ferry trip. The drink in the bar very welcome and the breakfast great. only a couple of minutes from the port and very peaceful.

Two night stay
Two nights in the hotel where the staff were most helpful & attentive. Breakfast was good though more expensive compared to other such hotels. Very quiet at night. Dogs are not silent 'guests' & it's unfortunate they are allowed into dining areas. A popular hotel with a full parking area on both nights.

Friendly little hotel
We spent two night at the hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we’re not disappointed. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean. The restaurant alongside the hotel, which is under separate ownership was a great choice for dinner. So much so we didn’t hesitate in making a reservation for the second night when we had planned to look further afield and try something different. Our breakfast was included in the price and offered a wide choice of food and drinks. This is a popular hotel with travelers who arrive late evening or depart early morning on the ferry.

Good location.
Convenient hotel for early morning ferry. Lovely welcome from lady on reception . Room clean , bright , comfortable bed only downside were the ''square european pillows '' great for sitting up in bed but awful for sleeping. Just wish there was a choice of pillows. We had dinner in the restaurant . Lovely meal, reasonably priced. Secure parking .

A great hotel convenient for the ferry back to the UK! Very helpful and friendly staff, and nothing was too much trouble! Good on site parking, and yea making facilities in the rooms (just need to ask for milk) Will definitely use again!

Great hotel for relaxing before the ferry home
Great location just outside the small village of Ouistreham and off a quiet road to the ferry. So handy for late night arrival or early morning departures. Receptionist/staff very helpful and accommodating. We booked three days so we could get our pcr tests done but so much to see we didn’t have time for the pool!
