This is a gem of a hotel. Modern features do not detract from its historic splendor. The staff is lovely, food varied and well prepared. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and lovely decor and details - impecably cleaned by lovely friendly staff. The garden and outdoor terrace / restaurant are also lovely.

Comfortable central hotel. Food was very good. Aircon was weak bringing temperature down to 23-24c. Massage advertised for one hour lasted only 37 minutes, a helpful manager gave us partial refund in the end. Airport transfer worked well.

"Yassine at the front desk gave me a very warm welcome and let me know that the restaurant is open 24/7. He even offered to wake me up at 5am since I had a very early flight, and he followed through on it. Brahim also provided excellent service. "The room needs lots of fixing. Hot water is limited, shower head was broken and toilet seat cover was loose. Check in stays at 2pm even though expedia shows noon and they will make you wait. Continental breakfast was OK. Staff were nice."
