"Hotel has changed policies to incorporate as many extra charges and hidden fees as possible. They advertise amenities they no longer have. Breakfast is not included, they have a restaurant style bar in the lobby and you have to pay extra for service and food. Parking is $10 per night. Late check out is $10 per hour. They removed the hot tub. They renovated and it looks great, but the real reason for the renovation was to add the lobby restaurant to save them money on breakfast and to be able to charge their guests more fees."

"I booked last minute through Expedia and once arrived and checked in to the hotel there was an unexpected event going on in the area behind the hotel which gives guest beach access but at tue time there was no beach access because it was a full crowd of young people taking over the beach. Police were present and mayhem going which was uncomfortable and life threatening situation which I was not comfortable being there but was not able to cancel. Overall a bad experience staying there."

" The worse place I ever stayed They take your money first then say your room not ready and don’t know when it would be Three hours after check in time Very nonchalant, oh well vibe No towel or rags how about no linen for room or pool towels Pillow case had fresh lipstick/ makeup floor wasn’t swept tables wasn’t wiped down bathroom had much sand on floors So Room wasn’t cleaned toilet sit twisted had lines through it water took very long to go down Elevator broke Any questions they had excuse for it didn’t get in the pool seem they put a lot of chlorine but didn’t clean it.luckily I brought all those things even clean supplies Cleaned and disinfected my own room Forgot bring linen Did go buy what I needed. Stay far away from this place. My grands enjoyed the beach the walks park and food Shout out to Angelics diner "

"Nice location. Had no ac for over a full night and day. Was told building heat was switched on?... I like sleeping cold. Loved the view and close access to th beach. "

"Parking was fine, need to have outside trash containers. They also charge a deposit, refund 7-10 days. Didn't know they charge extra per day for a 2nd vehicle "

"The check in was easy and the lady was very nice. The room was nice. The only thing I really had an issue with was the location of the dog area. There was literally no grass in the 10ft section that was mostly blocked anyways with cars from the parking lot. The area was way at the end of the hotel out by the road. I felt like was waiting on the bus trying to get my dog to go to the bathroom. The staff was really nice. It’s definitely not a spot to go if you want peace and quiet. There were many kids with their families. Overall the only thing I had an issue with was the location of the dog area and the size and there not being any grass and being to close to traffic "
