"Got there and parking was more expensive than listed. Staff did not care lol. AC did not work in our room and fan in bathroom was LOUD. overall price was not worth the stay. Recommend a different hotel "

"When I looked around the hotels near this one were several times more expensive…ie, The Four Seasons is very close by. While we know that’s a huge upgrade, the Hilton was clean, friendly and in a great location. We came back to sleep! The rooms are dated, but ours separated the king sized “bedroom” from the living area where the pull out bed resided and was perfect for our mom! Overall the rooms were dark, quiet, and bed / pillows were super comfy!"

"Do not stay here.This is the worst rental we have ever stayed in. While I understand that it is an older home, describing it as having "character" is misleading-"dilapidated" would be more accurate. There were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including a cracked toilet tank and tub, peeling ceiling paint with dead bugs stuck on it, stained bathroom tiles, signs of water-damaged wood, stained worn towels, and exposed plumbing in a makeshift closet with deteriorating plaster. We also noted that a smoke detector did not appear to be functioning during our stay, which was concerning.Access to the building was also challenging, involving a set of winding wooden stairs that may be difficult for some guests to navigate, especially with luggage.The layout was also problematic. One bedroom has the bed positioned against the wall on one side, requiring one person to climb over it. There is also a very steep stairway leading to a basement room, which may not be suitable for all guests. The pillows were thin and offered little support, one wall had a hole, and furniture showed noticeable wear and staining.Parking was another point of disappointment as we later learned that city-issued permits cost 1.00 per day, yet the host charges guests 20.00 per day.We chose not to contact the host during our stay, as the concerns we encountered appeared to be structural or maintenance-related rather than quick fixes. Future guests may want to confirm current conditions before booking"

"The place is very spacious, we really enjoyed some of the unique features you don't often see. For example he keeps a community fridge that guests from before leave behind drinks for others to enjoy. Got to try a few beers we don't normally have for example. The bunk beds are much bigger than the pictures appear, plenty of room. Host communicated great. Would stay here again no question. "
