"The staff is very kind and helpful. I almost feel guilty writing this because they’re so sweet, but you should be forewarned. The room and property are very run down and dingy. The pillows are hard and lumpy. The windows are filthy. The room has a window AC and it’s very stuffy. It smelled mildewy. We booked 2 nights and left for another hotel after the first night. I’m surprised at the good reviews. They seem fake to us. We moved to a very high end hotel on the Gold Coast that cost less for our second night."
