Thank you for choosing SDivine Fatima Hotel.We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us.Unfortunatly we do not have the minimum guest number coming and going daily to the airport to justify having our onw airport shuttle.

Dear Sir,We thank you for the time taken to place a comment about your stay with us.We are sorry that we could not live up to your expectations.Regarding luggage, as a 4 star hotel, we do not have this service available, but we do have a luggage cart available for our guests that they can use so they do not have to carry their belongings.At the time of your check-in, our reception was very busy due to this high season period, otherwise one of our Reception staff could have provided some support in this matter.Regarding the cribs, as it was a last minute reservation and the hotel was full with many families, we ran out of available cribs.On Sundays after 4pm, unfortunately we have no conditions to ensure room service, as our F&B team is very short, not allowing us to perform this service.We hope there will be another opportunity to create a better impression.

Dear Sir/Madam, We are very sorry that we did not achieve your expectations. In fact, there was a problem in the air conditioning and therefore it began to leak in your room. This is not a desirable situation, but as you understand, we are a brand-new hotel and therefore some equipment have not been thoroughly tested. As soon as you contacted the Reception informing about this situation, we immediately provided another room. Although, one of the persons of the couple, for some reason, chose to stay in the same room, although it was leaking. We apologize for this inconvenience which we could not anticipate and are very sorry that overall for this reason alone, you have penalized us with this score. But we understand that a sleepless night can get us mixed up. We hope we can have the opportunity to replace this bad impression in a next visit.
