"Excellent room, very good sized, well decorated and well lighted and lot of sunlight - above all - stupendous views from the hotel room The furniture, linen and facillities were of the highest quality Had breakfast with in-room dining and the quality was very good Bathroom was extremely good too with the fittings and amenities Loved the stay - highly recommended"

"Last minute i requested pickup from airport and tbey were soo kimd to accommodate. When arrived at hotel Kathy was at the door to greet us, walked us to our room and did the entire check-in in our room, very smooth transition. Hotel is very centralized to all shopping, restaurants and MTR station 2 blocks away. Concierge staff was very helpful i providing maps and instructions on how to transport via MTR. Room was clean on the smaller side but spacious enough for 2 people. Totally recommend this hotel. I'm all about customer service and they delivered in all aspects."

"Excellent location. connected to a mall and subway access. clean room, excellent polite and helpful staff! buffet breasfat was amazing!!!! so many selection and taste so good!! and very, very cool waiters, waiters, and managers! def will stay at the same hotel next time when i return. "
