Convenient hotel with easy transfer from the airport. Bus location at airport could be marked better (you don’t know if you’re in the right spot until the bus comes). Nice clean room and we had a beautiful view over the airport side. Bed was firm but not hard and staff came up with a power plug converter when we asked (extra point to the staff for good service).

The hotel is well maintained. The room is spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff who cleaned our room on the 11/F #1167 has done a superb job making our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the shuttle service to/from the hotel to the MTR station and airport provided by the hotel.
