I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one.

"The place was a little sketchy from the outside and even in the entry, but our room, beds, and bathroom were very clean. The taxi from the airport was 45 sols, which is the minimum charge for a taxi. It was a typical Lima area. There was a large shopping complex, just down a block, that included a store similar to a Walmart supercenter, and one similar to Home Depot, as well as a food court and some other shops. Was worth the cheap price to be close to the airport. "

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. We were there three days because of airline hiccups and the ability to stay in the same room and continue our unexpected extended stay was seamless. "We had a family room with double size bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable. There was room for suitcases but not much more room which was fine, we just wanted to sleep.
Our reservation was for 13:00-2300. We got in at 8:00 and were able to switch our time so we got right in plus extended two hours, so convenient!!

The staff members were great, The property offered a pickup to the airport at a very good rate. The driver was waiting for me at the lobby. The hotel is located about 10 min from the airport on a middle class, but safe neighborhood. Since I didn’t feel comfortable to walk, the property offers food to deliver, I ordered some chicken that was awesome, fast and very inexpensive. "
