"Description says there is a restaurant, when calling you can only speak to an ai assistant, who’s says it’s open 24/7. Asked on that we booked this hotel as we were arriving near 10pm and haven’t had dinner yet. When checking in they said it closes at 10pm, when trying to get an order in before closing at check in they said they will only make small, 4 slice personal pizzas like at gas stations. "

"Everything was clean. It wasn't that the staff wasn't friendly. They were just put in an bad spot by the hotel's weird charges. Most people are going to bringing one vehicle on their stay. To be charged additional $11 every night just to have a car on property overnight. When we were already paying more than most hotels in the area. That just felt like money grabbing. Especially when it cost the hotel $0 for us to have 1 car there overnight. I know hotels can't control their guests, but I was hoping with the "nicer" hotel we wouldn't have kids acting crazy. However twice in the night we were woke up by girls being loud in the hallway. The last time it sounded like they were playing softball and one of them slid into home plate, which must have been the door next ours. I listened to her giggle for at least 2 mins, probably from the pain of hitting the door so hard. My husband is very cheap. When he pays above average price, he expects more. We won't be back to Hilton. Not because it was bad, but because it wasn't above average. "

From the moment I checked in, the staff made it clear that they value their guests’ time — the process was quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free after a long travel day. The room was exactly what a business traveler needs: genuinely comfortable bed, a spacious desk with easy access to outlets, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, and a layout that actually lets you unwind without feeling like you’re sleeping in your office. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast is a real differentiator. Hot, fresh, and varied enough that it didn’t feel like an afterthought — I was able to fuel up and head to my meetings without wasting time or money hunting down a café. The location works well for getting around. There is many great restaurants and shops in the area. What keeps me coming back the the Hyatt brand is the consistency. Every stay feels the same level of polished and professional. When you’re traveling for work, that reliability is worth everything. Highly recommend to any business traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and a staff that genuinely gets it."
