"I only stayed one night, but I found my room very comfortable. There were issues with the side door, but that did not deter much from my overall assessment. I will plan to stay there again if my travel plans require it! Thanks!"

"The front desk guy had an attitude from the second we checked in. He didn’t appreciate my daughter calling him a jerk. My daughter’s boyfriend who wasn’t staying with us wanted to swim. This has never been an issue at any other motel before but I can respect rules especially if it’s a liability. But he was rude about it and said we needed to buy another room in the beginning instead of just adding him on to our room fee. The rooms could have been cleaner. Hair in bathtub exhaust fan didn’t work. For a cheap room it was ok. If not for rude staff I would of given 4 stars."

"The gym did not have enough equipment. The room was average, and very humid it was very uncomfortable as far as the humidity. The room was very hard to cool off. The remote had residue on it and needs to be cleaned. Just overall a not so good experience. "

"My room was among the cleanest rooms I had ever been in, but it did not smell like it, and I mentioned that in my check-in review. However, the GM is exceedingly kind and walked with me to my room, saying she met with housekeeping in order to freshen up my room when I was away. The room did smell much better and I had great service from her at the front desk as well as one of her other employees throughout my visit, they even complemented me on my jacket. This hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the rooms look brand-new and have plenty of amenities, including silverware in the drawers. Next time I stay in the area, I will probably be here."

"Beyond unacceptable. When we arrived, there were already six cars and a whole group of people staying in the house because it was double booked. We did not even get to stay. We had to pay for hotel rooms. This cost almost doubled our trip expense. Instead of children having room to play, they were confined to hotel rooms which made the stay very uncomfortable during our business training. Extremely disappointed in this experience"
