"The location was great quiet and secluded no high traffic or noise. The only problem was the bedding was not clean stained linen and a couple of roaches. I asked for a bottom floor room and was told all were taken. Which i think it was about 60 bottom rooms and it didnt seem to be that many guests overall throughout the stay. There was afridge in the room but no microwave.Overall it was decent for the price from Hotels.com, Especially if you have no where to stay. "

From the parking attendants to the restaurant managers, the entire team was warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely fun to interact with. It is clear they love what they do, and that passion translates into excellence in hospitality. My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—the fluffed pillows and attention to detail did not go unnoticed! Additionally, the convention hall was expansive and very well-maintained, making it a perfect venue for our event. The highlight, however, was the consistent outpouring of generosity and the smiling faces in every department. I truly look forward to staying here again!"

Had a bad experience at the omni and left to go to the westing and it was my 50th bday and they have my husband and i a wonderful suite and also had cake and champagne delivered..along with a wonder card. Made my bday even better considering the bad expensive we had at the omni. Thestaff sas wonderful. Will definitely be staying there every time we go to Dallas. "
