"Room was filthy! There was an air freshener because the room smelled like rotten eggs randomly. Had to switch rooms at 2a, didn’t fall asleep until 4, construction started at 7a sharp. Wash cloths thick with bleach and tub was dirty. Do not stay here only one elevator worked and overnight staff Ebony was the only saving grace helpful and knowledgeable. Manager is not available to speak to and being at this hotel was a nightmare. Do not stay here unless you like the bare minimum. "

"The staff made our stay so enjoyable. If you book a room here, be sure to attend the events in the lobby. Staff do a fantastic job making the activity super fun. Our room was immaculate, and honestly, the bed was fabulous. We loved every moment of our stay. We also loved how conveniently it was located to the activities on our to-do list."

"This is the best place to stay in Savannah! The breakfast that’s included is amazing, valet and front desk staff are the best they will take care of every need. Rooms are very clean, plenty of towels toiletries every evening there is a wine and cheese social with live entertainment. I don’t know why anyone would stay elsewhere."

"Staff was incredible! The location was perfection. Make sure to eat at the restaurant (lobster gnocchi was to die for) and visit the folks in the tavern for exceptional cocktails and fun chat. Our room was so beautiful, the soaking tub was lovely and the patio was a great place for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evening."

"The bartenders are horrible. Hard to get service out on the deck. Had to ask the front desk to get the room clean. Front desk was very nice. The server name Candice was a joy an a great help. "

"Everything was amazing for check in to departure. Mei at the front desk was just phenomenal and started our Anniversary weekend of with a complimentary upgrade to a King with a Riverview. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Chris the concierge wears beyond helpful during our stay. Thanks for making our getaway in Savannah even more memorable!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was thoughtfully designed and the decor was gorgeous without feeling overdone. The pool was incredible and such a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The location could not have been better and close to everything we wanted to do. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely come back again."
