"5 stars isnt a high enough rating. Everything about the house was as described and more! I booked a valentine's day getaway as a surpirse and Kelly reached out to me to see if i wanted anything special for our stay. We ended arranging a beautiful apread of flowers, chocolates, and champagne but she was willing to arrange more. If we had any questions or problems, she was quick to respond. I would highly recommend stay at this property."

"Booked online for my US Army active duty son returning to Ft.Drum. Upon arrival he found a note on the door with an after hours number to call. He called at 9:30pm and was told, " I'm already in bed, you must have booked online. Maybe try super 8. We'll refund your card tomorrow." "

"First the positive. The filters on the heating/cooling unit were very clean (it's the first thing I check when I get into a room) The woman at the front desk was very sweet and friendly.The room was quiet and conveniently close to side door to take dog out. Now the negative: I pulled the sheets down and there was fresh soiled stains that smelled as well as dark hair. There was a sticky stain on floor beside bed and the bathroom floor was very dirty. I always take pics and send to my friends. They say I'm the Hotel Inspector!"

"The room was dirty staff was rude when you could find them. There were people laying in the hallways on there phone. There was barely anything for breakfast. Nothing to drink. Vending machines were empty and the one that had at least Coke in it were hot. Ice machine just continued running water. Lobby smelt like marijuana. Over all it was disgusting and disappointing. We usually stay in quality inns when we travel and they are nothing like this place. Very upset. "
