My sister, mom and I had a lovely time here this past weekend. Though it was somewhat of a rough start, as I didn't get all the information for getting into the unit initially and didn't know that only text messages were the way to communicate with the owner. When we worked all that out, there was some confusion as to how many of us were staying and we were short some linens. However, the owner was very accommodating in allowing us to buy what we needed and she reimbursed us immediately. Beyond that little snafoo, everything else was smooth and very comfortable, Even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place or anyone needing some beach time.

Cute little place
Cute location and neighborhood... we were there in August and gets pretty humid and stuffy. Unfortunately no AC but they do have ceiling fans that work OK. I gave 4 stars vs 5 on cleanliness due to ample amount of dust on the ceiling fans visible by just looking up at them. There were also broken door handles on the shower door. Ample space for 2 adults and 1-2 children but 4 adults would be a bit tight. Specially because there is only one bathroom and the only way to get to it is through the bedroom so people sleeping on the couch have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
