"The outside of the building could do with some updating but inside was fine apart from the dirty and cracked window. Plenty of kitchen equipment and comfortable seats and bed. Shower room was lovely and towels provided. Nice garden to sit out and have a drink. Overall a nice stay."

"After a long journey we were so pleased to stay at this B&B, we received a warm welcome, the building is beautiful with lovely views and our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was continental only but very well thought out and the communal areas are a special bonus. Would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you."

The location is outstanding, with direct bus access right outside the property to the Royal Mile and many of Edinburgh’s major attractions. There is little to no need for Uber or other expensive transportation. Convenient, affordable, and an excellent choice!"
