"After missing our flight, we had to book a last-minute stay — and we’re SO glad we chose this hotel! From the moment we called, the front desk receptionist was incredibly kind and patient, giving us step-by-step directions since we were new to the city. When we arrived, she continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. After a stressful day, that level of service meant everything to us. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Just okay. There were rips in some of the furniture in the room. Breakfast buffet was bland but edible. Suited our purpose. Shuttle took a long time from the airport. "

"I checked in since last Saturday and they haven't clean the room or change the lenins or change the towels in the bathroom. The floor is dirty. "

"The room was decent and clean. The beds were comfortable but they gave us small square pillows and only 3. Made it hard to get the pillows right. Breakfast was lackluster. The eggs were powdered and watery, the sausage was sitting in grease. No yogurts or breads but white bread. The coffee tasted burnt. Only eggs and sausage as choices, very limited. "
