"Our stay at Breakers was great. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The shuttle picked us up in the morning and took us to the ferry for Mackinac Island. Nice easy process.The room had a lake view and it was a beautiful day for taking in the beautiful beach. The room was a bit tired looking. Slow draining sink and shower. Patio door was beat up, could use a new handle. The price was good and we would stay again due to the wonderful helpful staff. We ate pizza at the beach in the evening and enjoyed the bonfire and amazing northern stars. The outdoor bar was very convenient."

"Excellent choice staying at The Quality Inn Lakefront. The front desk staff was extremely helpful when we needed to navigate where we wanted to visit during our stay. The rooms all have a wonderful view of Lake Huron and are large. We recommend requesting to stay on the third floor. We were on the second floor and could hear water running and some noise from above us. The rooms are well designed and have a balcony overlooking the lake."

"Great place to stay while in St. Ignace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. A Mexican restaurant is next door. Jose’s Cantina. Great food and hospitality. Highly recommend."

"Pros Bed comfortable Pet friendly Close to town Air conditioning Cons US2 was right there perhaps 30 yds away Bathroom door broken, didn't close No staff on site apparently since motel is remotely run except for probably some cleaning person No seating Small room This is just an old style motel from the old days, but it was refurbished as much as could be. If I just wanted a place to sleep and planned to head out I wouldn't mind, but I had my wife and adult child as well as dog. I did appreciate that it was clean, but $50 for a dog was a little steep. I would recommend this for the sleep since beds were quite comfy, but it's not very big."
