"I could not watch tv because there was no remote. I asked for one but they never found me one. I never was compensated for not being able to watch tv for 2 days. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. "

"Family trip, the hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled. So that being said the elevator was small and it was very tight for our family and stroller to fit it. Our SUV did not fit in the 6’5” garage and the surface parking was full. We ended up parking across the street behind a bank. I did not like having our SUV off property and having to walk to and from with little kids, luggage, stroller, etc. The staff were great and the Crepe restaurant in the lobby made breakfast fantastic! Overall, I feel like you can get more bang for your buck at a different hotel with breakfast included and parking/garage for all vehicles on property. "

"Room was fine, bed seemed a little worn out. One elevator was not working. Pool seemed cloudy. Needed more staff for breakfast time. For the price I was underwhelmed. "

"The sofa beds were dirty. I told staff and they sent up sheets to cover up the dirt instead of having someone clean it."

"Hotel is in terrible condition Dirty stinks and the beds are horrible. Really cramped. Would not recommend at any cheap cost. "

"Pool was super cold. Hotel bed was one where if your spouse moves it feels like an earthquake. Luckily, I was so tired I still slept through most of the night. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. "

"I dnt recommend to use room 1255 you hear all the noises from the elevator sounded like they where doing construction all nught i got woke up around 3:50 am couldn't go back to sleep "

"The room was clean and quiet. There was a basketball tournament in town but the kids were reasonable. The bathroom was very clean. Caulk was immaculate…no water stains or damage. Tile in shower was newer looking. I did miss a makeup mirror but that was it."
