"I just tried to cancel my stay case the last time I stayed I had roaches in my bag from the property so embarrassing like I stay here allot front desk wen I come is the nicest but the property is trash gang banging and roaches and mice they wouldn’t even let me cancel even tho I spend a lot of money in the hotel so they don’t care about u they jus want the money it’s filthy and unsafe pastime I stayed I tried to b nice and not complain about the Mexican that stayed next door to me screaming fck black people but the want cancel my reservation so I wouldn’t stay here it’s filthy "

"booked a room for 2 days for $170 dollars... fkund out my girl had been cheating on me and she calls the front desk to try and get.me kicke out of my room after doing nothing wrong. He ended up kicking us both out and calling the cops after apologizing for her behavior/phone call to him... mknd you ive done nothing wrong didnt argue with her or anything. He had no compassion, empathy or care for a human being. also was only there for 3 hours the first day and would not refubd me fof the next day i paid for... DO NOT GO TO THIS HITEL UNLESS .YOU WANT TO GET KICKEX OUT FOR A DUMB REASON AND YOUR MKNEY TAKEN... Total scammer"

"Doors in the room would not close, such as the bathroom door where I was unable to have privacy when using the bathroom. When I first arrived I waited outside for 30 mins due to the doors being locked and no one was at the front. I tried buying drinks from the vending machine but the front desk said it didn’t work. He was very ignorant to guest. He offered waters but had said I had to buy them. When I said I would, he stated only cash. I replied that I only had card. Then asked if there was an atm to pull money out he said no. I asked for him to charge the waters on my card and he refused. Which was very strange to me almost as if he was pocketing the cash for the drinks. The room looked dirty, if it wasn’t so late I would’ve left but I had to rest my head and dealt with it for the few hours I was there. I’m highly unsatisfied and will never be returning to this business. "

"James was great! Very communicative and professional! The house was very well maintained and really clean! There were little details that made the stay even better. The rooms were very spacious. The bed was so comfortable. We had plenty of towels and black towels for makeup.I would definitely stay here again and would encourage anyone to do the same."
