"Very well appointed room. Decor was artsy-modern. Excellent location with places to sit and wait for rideshare vehicles. Unfortunately, I did expect some hospitality touches such as bottled water being provided in the room or a efficient way to have dishes cleared away after room service, for the price point. However, none of that was present or evident. Kitchen of the attached redo closed earlier than expected, even on a holiday Sunday. Overall, lovely stay"

"Had a great stay at the shinola for the Lions game. 8 min walk to the stadium. Spotlessly clean and very comfy bed. The bar and restaurant area was really nice and the food was good although the menu was small. My only gripe was that the continental breakfast was not value for money and had very little to offer. I was surprised not to see fruit as a choice on the breakfast menu overall. I would definitely stay again. Overall it was a fab hotel."
Enchanting 4 BD / 2 B house in the heart of Corktown!

"This is a nice, old refurbished townhouse in historic Corktown. I love staying in older properties like this just to be reminded of the craftsmanship that went into building homes back in the day.The property is located close to Comerica Park and the downtown area, approximately a one mile walk. We actually walked everywhere the entire duration of our stay. There are several nice restaurants that serve breakfast and lunch very close by. I can recommend Folk Detroit, which right across the street.The property is clean, well furnished, and well maintained. The owner is very responsive and proactive to ensure a positive experience. I give it a 5/5. Enjoy!"
