We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Great location, easy to walk into the heart of the city, tram stop a few minutes walk away. Brilliant room, great facilities, restaurant downstairs serving amazing Italian food. 10/10 for everything

Area was relatively under developed compared to center town area. Initial access to building is problematic from main road as it is code access dependent. Common spaces were excellent and modern. Gave a modern university dorm vibe. Don't expect 24hr front desk service or welcome crew. The check in was a bit confusing. Good Sauna and Spa. Convenient to public transit and groceries. Good kitchen plus an excellent common kitchen. Is like a communal co-op housing system but modern and up scale.
