You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A place to relax and enjoy the sea

Apartment with living room, kitchenette and bathroom with 1 bedroom 60 meters from the beach.
The well-ventilated apartment with no need for air conditioning.
The house was completely renovated in June 2017.
All systems are new as are the rooms, floors, kitchens and all furnishings. You will only use slippers
Ragusa 40 min. by car, Noto 15 min, Scicli 20 min. Syracuse 45 min, Etna 1h. Beautiful beach, with the possibility for children to live the beach independently since the water is low for the first 80 meters from the shore. Crystal clear water, breathtaking sunsets. Our vacation home was renovated in March 2017. All systems are new as are the rooms, floors, kitchens and all furnishings. You will only use slippers.

Casina vicino al mare

Abitazione nei pressi del mare, zona silenziosa, vicini cordiali, condizione climatica particolarmente calda se ci fosse stata aria condizionata sarebbe stato meglio, location perfetta per due persone

Accoglienza e professionalità

Otto giorni di full nelle bellezze della Sicilia tra Siracusa e Ragusa. l'appartamento è a due passi dalla spiaggia per chi vuole solo riposare , ma è anche un punto d'appoggio strategico per chi come noi vuole esplorare e immergersi nella bellezza delle varie spiagge , nei panorama e luoghi di interesse sia culturale che naturalistica co e , non ultima la cucina con i suoi sapori indimenticabili. La cura e la disponibilità del proprietario sempre presente e attento sono stati utili e preziosi per sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo e godere della vacanza fino al momento della partenza. Grazie .

Meravigliosi tramonti sul mare....

Ho scelto questo posto perché non conoscevo questa parte della Sicilia e per passare qualche giorno romantico con mio marito in occasione del nostro anniversario. L'appartamento, pulito ed accogliente, è perfetto per chi ama rilassarsi, ha un terrazzo fronte mare dove poter far colazione la mattina cullati dal rumore delle onde o cenare la sera e godersi il tramonto. Il mare è vicinissimo, la spiaggia pulitissima. Raoul e sua moglie sono gentili e disponibili ad ogni richiesta per migliorare il soggiorno. L'appartamento dispone anche di un altro ampio spazio comune esterno comodissimo per lasciare ad asciugare la biancheria e i teli da spiaggia. Siamo stati benissimo!

La tranquillità a due passi da un mare stupendo

Un posto del cuore. Pace e mare, tranquillità anche in piena estate. La casa è come dovrebbero essere tutte: confortevole, pulita e vista mare. Ci torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!
