The 70 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, and air conditioning. Enjoy your own outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. An EV charging station is available, shared with the other unit.

The villa consists of 2 independent units, each with its own outdoor barbecue. The outdoor sink is shared with guests from the other unit, and each unit has a private outdoor shower. Located just 50 m from the sea, the villa is ideally positioned for exploring eastern Sicily. From here, you can easily reach Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, the Montalbano sites, Vendicari Reserve, Syracuse, and Noto.
