Acho que me enganei e pensei que era um hotel. É tipo um Airbnb. A responsável foi muito prestativa no check in. Foi até a prpriedade para me receber. Havia uma vaga de garagem, mas não me permitiu estacionar alí. Como a cidade tem as vagas todas marcadas, tive que pagar um estacionamento, que está bem próximo. Um grande problema para mim, foi que vim pensando em pagar com cartão. Entretanto, não aceita cartão de crédito. Isso não está claro no anúncio da propriedade. Tive gastos extras por conta disso. A propriedade está muito bem localizada, mas a proximidade a um pântano, traz um cheiro desagradável a princípio. Depois, me acostumei e, dentro do quarto, o cheiro não chega.

Posto molto carino e centralissimo, a pochi minuti dalla piazza e dal mare. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite. La titolare disponibile e cordiale, ci ha persino aiutati a trovare parcheggio. A soli 15 metri c’è anche un comodo parcheggio a pagamento.

Très agréable, je recommande

Chambre confortable et très agréable. La terrasse est très sympa. Localisation a 5 min à pied de la place et des restaurants ect ... Un petit bémol sur les coussins.. L'hôte a été très agréable et nous a même offert 2 bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires pour la route.

Struttura situata in posizione davvero ottimale per visitare Marzamemi e i dintorni. Tony (il proprietario) è molto gentile, accogliente e premuroso. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, dotata di ogni comfort, arredata con gusto, con un terrazzo privato davvero incantevole. Letto confortevole, minifrigo, Internet wifi, bagno con doccia e finestra con zanzariera (fondamentale!). Siamo stati davvero bene e ritorneremo sicuramente! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!
