"Great location for places to walk to, such as the beach, restaurants, bars, coffee places, etc. The only complaint I really have is that the air conditioner was exceptionally noisy. Otherwise, great experience for a budget friendly location only one block from the beach!"

"BEWARE ... Room has windows facing the apartment building next door. The pictures posted online are very misleading. After pre-checking in and providing vehicle information, there was no onsite parking. And there was no other parking available at all. We arrived just after 2 pm. The room was ready, but they wanted another $45 to check in!! So, we chose to wait until a 4 pm check-in time and went to the beach for a bit. We came back at 4 pm and the office was locked with a "Gone to Lunch" sign. We called both numbers for help and neither were answered. Nobody ever called back. We contacted Hotels.com and they lied about the reservation. Terrible experience. "

"Such at great stay. The beach view was amazing, we were on the second floor. Such a clean room specially for a beach hotel. Floors were impeccable in the room. Staff was super helpful since we arrived late for our check in. Overall a great hotel! "

"The room was basic but comfortable and clean. I knocked a star off cleanliness because the bathroom sink drain needs to be unclogged (Room 110) -- slow draining. It was surprisingly quiet given its location because it is tucked down its own little alleyway, which gives the room a nice level of privacy. Parking was also surprisingly easy given its location. The location is great, right next to the PB boardwalk and beach. There is some brief ambient noise from (probably intoxicated) people out in the adjacent street late at night, but it is fairly muted in the room. This is just part of the PB night scene. The front desk is a block away at a sister hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Old hotel, no microwave in rooms. Beautiful area on beach. But 1970ish style needs Major upgrading. Walkway cement crumbling, dangerous! 3 days I payed over 1600 dollars."
