"Cleanness, quite, staff is excellent "

"I switched from another hotel that had a moldy smell and poor wifi, and I'm so glad I did. The welcome drinks were tasty, the bed was comfy, white sheets and clean towels, rooms are modern, hot water available for bathing and the wifi was good. The staff were friendly, and breakfast had great options. The hotel is in a walkable location, and service was excellent. Highly recommend!"

"I have never been to a hotel with staff this wonderful. The views are idealic. The restaurant on site was excellent and a good value. We felt at home very quickly. The hotel only has 10 total rooms. We were able to chop it up and meet other guests. A+. Staff always cheerful and helpful! I only have one complaint that is the same at every other hotel I have stayed at around Lake Atitlan. That complaint is the dogs! They are barking all night and here is a disco which can get rather loud. The hotel actually has ear plugs laid out for guests when they checkin. "

"The tropical plants and trees were everywhere, even hanging over the heated pool. The heated pool was my favorite. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. It was a very safe environment. I give it a 5/5"
