"The staff when checking in was really bland making the ambiance feel very not so very welcoming."

"When we checked in, the front desk lady was friendly and welcoming and knew exactly who I was, probably because I was the last check-in for the night. I appreciated feeling like I was expected and someone was paying attention. The bed was fantastic! The mattress was firm but comfy, the sheets were clean and fresh, and the pillows were thick and deep. I love that they use duvets, so there are no gross blankets and comforters. I slept really well. We had two queens, and the room was a very comfortable size. It was larger than I expected, in fact. The A/C unit was loud, but kept the room cool and the thermostat was easy to adjust. Breakfast was surprisingly good. There were little cheese-filled omelettes that were a nice change from the usual scrambled eggs, and the sausage patties were good, if a bit salty. There were also fresh biscuits and gravy. There were other options like cereal and whatnot, but it was far better than the usual lame offering of prepackaged pastries and muffins so many hotels offer. It helped us start the day off right. All in all, this was an easy, pleasant experience at a good price, and I will happily stay here again the next time I'm in town. "

"It was my first time here and I'm really happy with the stay. The suite was very clean with plenty of space. Good breakfast, too. The gym has a lot of cardio options, but the weights area is a bit cramped—fine for a light session, though."

"We have stayed here before and it was fine. This stay, however, someone tried to enter our room. They were actually able to open the door! Which means they had a key. Luckily we had both locks on and they weren't able to get inside the room. I no longer felt safe and checked out immediately. I asked for a refund and the desk attendant said he'd pass the request along to his manager. I never heard anything from the manager."

"Soo disappointed. I made this reservation specifically for the jacuzzi and it has been closed for weeks apparently. The staff was not nice and the building is outdated. I could have used that money to stay in a cheaper place for the same quality. 👎"

"The breakfast was delicious, offering something new each day for a hot breakfast. My only complaint was the mattress for the pullout bed was terrible, old and very worn. We were unable to use the pullout bed which we were planning on using! Overall it was a nice place to stay!"
