"Didn't visit the spa.the room was very small and wasn't as described but the breakfast was really good! Can't say if stay there again though because of the room size refrigerator size"

"The hotel itself it was very nice and clean. Good prices, good customer service. We really enjoyed our room in one room 2 queen beds and the bathroom the other room had a bed couch a good size TV a desk and a nice kitchen. I would recommend it! "

"I booked the hotel for my wife & son. They never got to stay due to their first flight being delayed/ cancelled by AA. That put them missing their connecting flight so after taking a way later flight They had to fly out the next morning. I tried to cancel but was told I had to work with hotels.com. There was only one person on the phone at the hotel that tried helping. So I tried with hotels.com to cancel and was told I should get refunded the $175 and had to pay $99 for that then was told I was NOT getting the refund at all! SO they Never got to stay at all and the delayed/cancelled flight was totally out of our control!"

"I didn't bring a pet. The laundry facility looked ok; however accessing them was difficult as the parking spaces in front were cordoned off. The door to my room was a little loose and there was a huge dent in the door. It looked like the fugitive task force had broken down the door to arrest the last guest there. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator, no microwave, no ironing board, iron and NO coffee maker. No place to store my clothes aside from the 6 in the closet. The bed linens had burn holes and the blankets were scratchy. At no time during my stay did I receive clean towels or my garbage removed. "

"The Hyatt Place is secure, quiet, convenient, and clean -- every morning at 11 am the lobby and corridors are mopped, so step carefully. I've never used the outdoor pool, which can only be accessed outside, as there's something uninviting about its placement. The included breakfast is OK -- scrambled eggs, waffle sticks, oatmeal, canned berries, cereal. Breakfast is your only chance to get complimentary coffee/tea. The hotel offers a Starbucks station and small deli to purchase food. "
