Brand new on the vacation rental market. Be among the first to enjoy this adorable vacation home which is freshly furnished.

This wonderful downtown location puts you right in the middle of downtown Pacific Grove where you'll find restaurants, shops, galleries and destinations all within walking distance. Caledonia Park, the Natural History Museum, Lover's Point Beach and the Recreation Trail are all just a few blocks away. Nearby Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, numerous golf venues and charming coastal towns like Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey are an easy drive from your home base.

This one-level, 800 sf home is located in a residential/commercial duplex with a long-time dentist's office next door which keeps polite business hours. The tidy building is just steps away from all the conveniences and attractions of downtown Pacific Grove.

Living Space
Enter into the living room where comfortable seating awaits. The Smart TV is WiFi-enabled for streaming your favorite content. Guests should bring their own logins for their streaming subscriptions.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a Smart TV (guests should bring their own logins to access streaming services)

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Please be aware that there is no fenced yard at this home. Pacific Grove is a dog friendly town but dogs must be leashed when walking around town. The dog friendly beaches like Asilomar Beach and Carmel Beach are within a short drive and there are dog friendly trails in Pacific Grove and surrounding areas.

One off-street, dedicated parking space under a carport is provided. Parking is also available on the surrounding streets and guests should be aware of timing limitations on Lighthouse Avenue.

Cute house close to the beach. Location is great, lots of places to eat nearby. Our kids loved the park just around the corner. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the check in instructions were clear.

Great location, communication, and toilet

Walking distance to a nice downtown area. Driving to aquarium. Professional communication . The toilet handled our military grade stress testing quite well. What a champ.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the place, location and rental process were all perfect. Communication was excellent, super easy to check-in/out, the place was immaculate when we arrived. It was a comfortable and nice place to hang out and cook some dinners. However, it is also easily walkable to absolutely everything. I honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay in this are for two people and a dog. Hopefully we get to visit again.
