"The room was very dirty. Dust and grine on everything. The bathroom had mold in the tub area and tiles. All the air intakes were solid duat. The blanket on the bed was dirty looking. The lights were thick dust. I would not recommend this hotel for the money you pay. They definitely need to do some spring cleaning."

"This place was very disappointing. When we arrived to check in, one staff member was on the phone speaking loudly and sounded upset. I was trying to check in with another staff member, but the noise made it difficult to hear the person assisting me. As someone who travels often, I have never encountered such an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff member helping us was not particularly friendly either. I considered leaving right away but stayed to avoid being charged a fee. When we entered the room, there was a strong Febreze smell that made it hard to breathe. We kept the window open all day, but the smell lingered. We also noticed that our neighbour had placed their room service dishes outside their door in the early evening. By late the next morning, when we were leaving our room, those dishes were still there. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it."

"I had a wonderful stay. The person at check in was friendly and fast. The room was a little dated, but nice with a wonderful water view. Looking forward to the renovated rooms. The hotel is conveniently located which made it easy to walk to different attractions. I would definitely stay here again. A big plus is you get nice perks as an Expedia Gold member."

"We stayed 1 night. We were there for my birthday and the kraken game. We arrived early and were welcomed with a smile. We were able to check-in before 4pm. The staff were great. Our room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe. We were always acknowledged with a smile and greeting upon entry and exit. "

"The Hitel is very large in size easy to get to but has no swimming poop or hot tub on site. The room are very nice but ours had a too hot and no working AC system "
