If you book SIXT for rental cars they are onsite at the hotel which was super convenient. Make sure you are aware of where they collect you from at the airport. I didn’t and paid $35 for a cab. "We enjoyed our stay at the Empress. The service is excellent and every employee we met was friendly and helpful! The concierge helped us book excursions and tea and answered any questions we had. The turndown service was an added touch that we appreciated. It was interesting to learn that the honey at tea was from the on-site bee hives!"

"The hotel was in a great location and the roof top patio was nice. The rooms are a lil small but that didn't effect our stay any and the elevator is really slow, so leave your room with plenty of time. "
