Staff were fantastic-particularly liked the complimentary shuttle/car service to the village (every 15 minutes or on demand) Food was good-grilled cheese with tomato soup at mallard was outstanding. We had breakfast in a downstairs restaurant also very good. Belgian hot chocolate 👍 We had a suite which was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable Didn’t love the pool area-chairs in tight rows felt cramped but otherwise, an excellent experience

The hotel is just amazing - the food, the room, the amenities, the customer service and the location. This was my second time staying here because I loved everything so much the first time. Location is great right beside the Blackcomb gondola so great for getting to the alpine hikes and peak to peak gondola. Love that it is away from the village so it’s nice and quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again, don’t have a bad word to say about it!

This is a very nice hotel on the edge of the village. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the amenities are excellent. There is even a free shuttle to the local restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
