Received zero help from the staff with luggage & skis. On checkout day, they didn't get the skis from the lockers and bring them out as we have experienced during previous stays. Front desk phone was never answered, just a recording saying they were busy. Poor service for a high end and high priced hotel.

It’s in the middle of EVERYTHING. You are steps from ski gear rental. You are steps from your lift ticket passes. You are steps from the pickup area to tours and other outings. You are steps from all types of dining options. You are steps from a supermarket. You are steps from the gondola to the slopes. In addition, the kitchen in the suite allowed us to make our own breakfast in the morning before starting our day. Also, the staff took care of EVERYTHING when asking about making skiing plans. And at the end of the day, the hot tub felt wonderful. My family of four spent 5 nights there and we have zero regrets. It was excellent.

The change to charge guests for alcoholic beverages at happy hour was a shock. This was a nice treat last year and now does not exist.
