It was even better than we expected. The pool is huge and there are 2 hot tubs making it the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The price was just right, and our room was nicely renovated and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Cascade lodge for 9 nights. It was easy to take the ski bus from the hotel to the gondola. It is also walkable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the supermarket is a short walk away. Reception staff were very helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub was great after a days skiing. But there are only 2 hot tubs, so you sometimes have to wait your turn. The apartment was not serviced during our stay, but we were supplied with extra toiletries and towels when we requested it. I will recommend this place and stay there again.

The reception staff were unfortunately not very helpful and seemed quite unbothered, which was disappointing—especially for a front office team. I requested a room change due to a strange smell and lighting issue, but my concern was not addressed properly. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to assist would have made a big difference. Additionally, basic courtesy such as greeting guests when entering or leaving the hotel was noticeably lacking. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were excellent. Housekeeping, the pool staff, and even the gardeners were warm, friendly, and very helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Convenient walk to lifts. Maybe 5 min. In the outskirts of the village. Easy to jump on the 99. Close to everything. Ski concierge downstairs. Hot tubs were hot. Had cable to watch the Seahawks play!
