Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Diego Otay Mesa by IHG
8/10 Good
"My stay at the Holiday Inn was good, my room unfortunately had a sink that didn’t drain well so it would fill up with water. Thankfully I was just sleeping there cause we had so many activities planned. The elevator is a bit sketchy, it stalls a bit when getting to your floor and takes a while to go up and down. The wifi was spotty so i didn’t really use it much. Other than that our room was very nice, clean, fridge and microwave in room was super convenient after eating out or bringing snack and brinks. There was free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am which was so nice!"
Quiet mountain getaway that is centerally located from coast to desert.
10/10 Excellent
"This was a beautiful place to stay! I really loved the conversation pit and fire place inside, and my puppy loved the big backyard. It’s a short drive to explore the beautiful Cleveland National Forest and overall, I had a great time."
Luxurious Mountain Estate with Exclusive Private Casita, Unparalleled Privacy.
2/10 Terrible
"First they sent checkout instructions instead of check in instructions. Then they got mad about us turning on the jacuzzi that we were only aloud to use for 2 hours a day which was never mentioned in the description. Then my child plugged in her phone charger in the master bed and I guess she unplugged the internet on accident. They started calling and texting me that there gonna call the cops and they were getting aggressive. Just know that they will be watching the camera and counting any and all visitors . It feels like the host is hovering over the cameras no privacy for a lot of money"
"Before booking the property and touring it, Eddy was incredibly helpful and transparent about the venue’s ability to accommodate up to 120 guests for our wedding. My husband and I were looking for something beautiful yet affordable, and this property immediately became our top choice. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were absolutely blown away by the breathtaking views. I instantly knew this was the perfect place for our wedding day.Eddy and the entire staff were amazing throughout the whole process. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly, and they were always willing to help in any way possible. Their hospitality truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The villa itself is stunning — it honestly felt like something out of Europe. Every single guest at our wedding couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and elegant the property was.The only minor drawback would be the parking situation. If you’re planning an event with 100 guests, parking can be a little challenging, but thankfully we were able to make it work.Overall, we had an amazing experience and would 100% recommend booking this property for weddings or any special occasion. It truly made our celebration unforgettable. Thank you again!"
