First time at the resort and it was amazing. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and spotless. The Food choices were plentiful. We ate at the food court and it was plentiful and tasty. I would recommend booking here for a quick getaway like we did!

Place is great, went for a concert and it was nice to valet the car and not have to get the car anymore as the concert was easy access from the room and the casino resort had great food options. Staff were friendly and rooms were spacious and clean.

Hotel is clean staff is amazing. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars due to room not being ready when we arrived. We still had to wait for an hour an half to get our room. Other people were also waiting around waiting for there rooms. First time experiencing this at this location

I thought the staff were helpful & friendly. We thought the breakfast was good quality and very reasonable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. We did not gamble much as we found the non-smoking section to be smaller and some of the slot machines to be confusing. While not trying to date ourselves, we miss the old old machines and roulette tables with less lights and whistles. The outlet mall while well kept and pleasant does not have many stores as it did pre-covid. It was a lovely venue for 2-3 day visit and would consider returning. Thank you.

We like to get away locally and we had not been to Viejas in a few years. The Resort improvements are amazing. The new and improved Steak House the Grove was excellent from service to food and beverages. Room comfortable with robes and coffee machine! I would highly recommend.

This casino was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of it was superb! Staff was amazing extremely helpful lots of food and drink options walking distance to more food options and shopping, non-smoking smoking section very accommodating for everyone overall the staff was impeccable. The entire staff was welcoming helpful. Felt like a Four Season resort, maybe better. I loved my stay and I want to come back ASAP. Dinner at the Grove was also excellent. However wait staff fell a bit short. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing 5 stars all the way.
