"Excellent location and wonderful property. The room amenities are poor compared to other hotels. They don’t have an electric kettle, slippers, bath lobes, and a few other items I’d except a Hilton hotel at this level to offer."

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful-friendly, attentive and very helpful at check in. However I was disappointed with the room cleanliness. There was dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom needed a better cleaning."

"I stay at Loews pretty often when I'm in LA. It's centrally located. The parking garage is a distance from the hotel but it's better than paying for valet. The gym is also good. The carpet could be cleaner."

"Clean and decent rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. A little dated and basic but good price for location. Windows did not open and air circulation was suboptimal."

"Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all."
