No intoxicated and/or unruly behavior in house or patio area facing Street. QUIET HOURS from 10 PM - 7 AM, pursuant to Pacifica City code.
Guests agree to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, accidents, demands, and/or expenses in relation to the booking/ rental.
