"Most rooms are in basement, mildew smell, window view are inside basement. Desk staff has no idea how to greet customer or represent property. Bathroom not in good condition, wire exposed. Door key wast not provided, had to ask for door key."

Im not sure why all the hotel on expedia show one photo and image and in reality its totally different. I've been catfished twice now on expedia. Dont trust any photos uploaded by these properties, it's litterally garbage and unsafe for families to stay. My wife and kids had to leave right away. Ac doesnt work, no toilet paper, dirty toilets, dirty sheets and the breakfast they...
