The staff here are top class they’ll make you feel like royalty with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. The room was beautiful I was impressed with the details - everything from the kettle to the phone and the pillows matched the decor and theme. The room was clean and the temperature control was spot on. They breakfast is delicious and the dining room is stunning. It’s great place to tap into your imagination, you can easily get lost in the romantic atmosphere.

The staff were always lovely and polite. The rooms were beautiful and clean. We were allowed to check in early, and the staff were so helpful.

Great location – everything was within easy reach. The apartment was tidy and had everything we needed: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and even a sort of balcony which was a lovely bonus.
There was a TV in the room and big wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
The building also had a lift, which was really helpful as the stairs would have been a lot for me to manage.
Overall, a really comfortable stay and I’d definitely recommend it!
